A substantial frame, belt drive and a choice of resistance settings support steady-paced sessions and high-intensity intervals. Adjust the seat height and reach, then choose a wide or neutral grip. AirPlus combines air resistance with eight magnetic levels. The console displays time, distance, calories and heart rate with a compatible sensor, plus target and interval programmes. Built-in wheels allow tilt-and-roll transport. This is model ABVR-3L; Smart Connect is a separate ABVR-3L-BA model and is not included in the base model.
